Rationale
A few years ago I received my first appointment letter from a school. I was hired to teach Grade 11 & 12 Mathematics and Physics. With no previous experience in teaching students, my first action was to ask the Principal to share the resources school possessed. To my surprise, there was none except the course outline issued by the board.
Immediately, I started off by creating daily lesson plan, class notes, reference material, quizzes, test material, and assignments. The planning paid off and I continued with the school successfully for couple of years.
